Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ALL EVENTS:

By purchasing event tickets, the ATTENDEE enters into this Hold Harmless Agreement (“PINEAPPLES”) and is entered into between [ElementalRadio.net/High Notes Seed Co./Svlty Dog Productions/ Dart Bar LLC and any/all of their other contracted or affiliated performers/entertainers or vendors or employees], herein and after referred to as the “Organizers,” and [Your Name as the Ticket Purchaser Here], hereinafter referred to as the “Attendee,”  will be bound to this agreement by the ATTENDEES financial purchase of this ticket either electronically or physically.

1. Event Details:

ALL TICKETED EVENTS the Organizer is hosting of any type.

2. Attendee’s Responsibilities:

By attending the event, the Attendee agrees to the following:

A-To conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger themselves, other attendees, performers, venue staff, or property.

B- To respect the venue, its facilities, and equipment.

C- To adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the Organizer(s) and the venue.

This means BEHAVE YOURSELF AND RESPECT THE VENUE. 

NO VAPING, SELLING, or USE OF CANNABIS PRODUCTS inside the building. 

DESIGNATED CONSUMPTION AREAS WILL BE PROVIDED.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN A PRIVILEGE.  PLEASE, LETS NOT ABUSE IT. 🙂

3. Hold Harmless Clause:

The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, performers, venue, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

a. Any injury or harm sustained by the Attendee or others as a result of their actions or omissions during the event. b. Any damage to the venue, equipment, or property caused by the Attendee’s willful misconduct, negligence, or reckless behavior.  


MEANING IF YOU DO SOMETHING SILLY, WE AREN’T LIABLE FOR IT OR ANY DAMAGES YOU MAY CAUSE TO YOURSELF OR ANYONE ELSE.  BECAUSE……………CAMERAS.

4. Financial Liability for Damages:

In-the-event that the Attendee provably damages the venue, performers, equipment or another ATTENDEE due to their actions or negligence; the perpetrating Attendee agrees to be financially liable for the repair, replacement, or compensation as determined by the Organizer or venue management. 

5. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Maricopa County, Arizona].

6. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

7. Signature:

By purchasing ticket, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement in its totality.
